  • Personal Training is done on a 1 on 1 basis.  I will meet with you and discuss your needs and I or we together can put together a program that will complete your needs.It will take dedication from both of us to complete your journey.  But the journey is part of beauty of reaching your goals!
  • Wether your goal is weight loss, a figure competition, athletic competition, or just overall health I have experience in all areas of helping clients achieve their goals.
  • I have studied both under NETA and NSCA for personal training and am currently pursing my masters degree in exercise physiology, which in part is about creating plans for health and fitness.
