Two quick video example of a circuit training session:
- In group fitness training, expect to be a part of a great group of people from 4 to 16 in number at most. Circuit training is paramount to our training, however, often times we will all be doing the same exercises at the same time. Again all exercises are modifiable making easier or more difficult depending on individual need. I change our exercises from lesson to lesson so we are constantly working on full body training, flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, HIIT, body weight & to a lesser extent more athletic adaptable movements like plyometrics, HICT, and modified Olympic lifting, the list goes on…
- We always stretch and warmup, often times beginning with abdominal & back core work before the main part of our training. We always end our workouts with stretching as well. I always encourage clients to stretch and keep me informed on how their bodies are reacting to training during our off days.
- Personal fitness training (1on 1 is available) the details on personal training can be discussed between the client and I.
- Nutrition planning and implementation available by request per individual client; all nutrition plans suited specifically for individual client needs.
Summer training is done outside in the beautiful Duluth weather and if needed because of inclement weather in an indoor space at the same address.
